Event/Date: Energy & Heating Assistance Programs @ Neill Public Library

In February, Neill Public Library and Pullman Community Action Center partner to bring energy assistance to Pullman residents and university students. 

Information and registration sessions will be held on Tuesdays in the library’s Hecht Meeting Room:

  • February 5 from 1 – 5pm
  • February 12 from 1 – 5pm
  • February 19 from 1 – 5pm
  • February 26 from 1 – 5pm

A Family Development Specialist will share information about the requirements for this program, the types of program assistance available, and your rights under the program. Drop-in are welcome!  Or call the Community Action Center at 509-334-9147 to schedule an appointment. 

Attendees interested in registering for assistance should bring:

  • Social Security Cards for all household members.
  • Photo I.D. for all household members over the age of 18.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Eligible Immigration Status.
  • Proof of income for the past 3 months prior to your application date.
  • Proof of Whitman County residency: something official with your current  address.
  • Most current utility bill or shut-off notice.
  • If applicable – a copy of your college financial aid letter.
  • If applicable – proof if you receive or pay child support.
