Position: Finance Director / City Clerk

Leann started with the city of Pullman as the Accounting Manager in September of 2012 and was appointed Finance Director in May of 2015.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  She graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with majors in Accounting and Finance.  Leann has over twenty-one years of experience as accounting manager in governmental, director of finance in medical, financial analyst in banking, and partner in public accounting.
