Come to downtown Pullman on Friday, September 22, between 4pm and 6:30pm for a self-paced tour of historic places sponsored by the city’s Historic Preservation Commission. The tour will begin at Pufferbelly Depot (330 N Grand Avenue). Members of the Historic Preservation Commission will be at selected locations downtown to explain the history of the Webb Block, the Flatiron Building, Pine Street Plaza and several other structures of historic significance. Walk at your own pace as you learn about Pullman’s past as reflected in its historic structures. Please arrive for the tour wearing weather-appropriate clothing no later than 6pm. It will take at least half an hour to complete the tour. Join the Historic Preservation Commission for this fascinating glimpse into our city’s past!
