The Pullman Police Department enforces traffic laws as outlined in Washington State Chapter 46.61 RCW: Rules of the Road. State law includes regulations directly related to: traffic laws; signs, signals and markings; use of roadway; right-of-way; pedestrian rights and duties; turning and starting; speed restrictions; reckless driving; driving under the influence; stopping, standing and parking; operation of non-motorized vehicles; and more.
Chapter 12 of the Pullman City Code outlines City-specific laws related to traffic.
