Sexual Assault
PULLMAN – On Friday, September 2 at about 6:25 pm, Pullman Police were called to contact a possible sexual assault victim being treated at Pullman Regional Hospital. The victim, an 18-year-old female Washington State University (WSU) student, reported that she was provided alcohol and was sexually assaulted at the Delta Upsilon fraternity at 815 NE Ruby St., Pullman.
On Saturday, September 3 at about 2:05 am, Pullman officers were called to Pullman Regional Hospital where officers contacted a 17-year-old female WSU student. The female reported that she was provided alcohol at Delta Upsilon earlier in the evening and later became ill.
Investigators served a search warrant at Delta Upsilon this afternoon and collected evidence. A possible suspect in the sexual assault investigation was also contacted and interviewed at the location. The suspect was not arrested pending additional investigation. The Office of Student Conduct at Washington State University was notified of the investigations.
