Conduct a public hearing to review and take action on a zoning code variance application submitted by Jeff Feuerstein to construct a single family residence 12 feet from the front property line, build an attached three-car garage 15 feet from the front property line, and construct a driveway that covers 100 percent of the required front yard at 2420 NW Granite Court on Military Hill, in contrast to the following applicable Zoning Code standards: minimum 15-foot setback for a residence, minimum 20-foot setback for the garage, and maximum 50 percent coverage for a driveway.

4. Conduct a public hearing to review and take action on a zoning code variance application submitted by Pullman Building Supply, on behalf of Garrford, LLC, to allow an existing flush-mounted sign that encompasses 252 square feet of sign surface area at 400 SE Fairmount Road on Pioneer Hill, in contrast to the applicable Zoning Code standard maximum sign area of 200 square feet.

5. Elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the Board.
