Neill Public Library

We're happy to serve you by the curb!
In response to the state's newest restrictions and the uptick in local covid-19 cases, plans for indoor service are on hold . I will continue to monitor local health conditions as we collaborate with the City to safely move forward.
- Joanna Bailey, Library Director

Your health and safety is our top priority.

  • We are closely following the recommendations of local and state public health experts in collaboration with the City of Pullman and have implemented new protocols to help you enjoy library service with confidence.
  • Employees are pre-screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to starting work.
  • Employees follow all social distancing, hygiene, sanitation and safety requirements which include the requirement to wear masks, follow proper glove use, and wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
  • The facility is cleaned and sanitized with a particular emphasis on commonly touched surfaces.
  • Returned library items are quarantined for a minimum of 96 hours before processing.
  • Curbside delivery is a contactless service.
  • We encourage patrons to wear facial coverings when picking up their curbside items.

Call to Artist

The Pullman Arts Commission invites artists living on the Palouse to submit works of art for Pullman’s new “End Racism Now” mural. The chosen design will express solidarity to end systemic racism and spotlight the importance of diversity and inclusion within our Pullman community. It might do this by re-telling art history or visually enacting other historic reparations. It might honor people or events that have had a significant impact on struggles for social or economic justice. Or, it might address solidarity in ways that we can’t imagine.
