Getting Started

Step 1. Visit the login page. Enter your 14 digit Neill Public Library card number and PIN. Select "Log In".

Step 2a. If you have not used before, select "No, I've never had an account" to create a new account. will ask you for your name and email. Input your information and select "Save."

Step 2b. If you created a account in the past, select "I've had an account" to import activity from your existing account. will ask you for your previous user name and password. Input your credentials and select "Transfer my history."

Step 3. Congratulations, you've completed the setup - explore your home page and get learning!

How do I log in?
Patrons log in through the library portal, using their Neill Public Library card number and PIN. Ii you don't know your library card number and/or PIN, please contact us call us at 509-334-3595.

No. Patrons must access their accounts through Neill Public Library's designated login page. We recommend patrons bookmark this page for easy access.

Can I learn on my mobile device?
Yes. Patrons can access on their mobile device using a web browser. However, access to the Lynda mobile app is not available under the current agreement between Linkedin and the Washington State Library.

How do I reset or change my Lynda password? What if I have other questions or need some extra help?
