PULLMAN, WA—After reports of successive days expected with temperatures in the upper 90s and low 100s, the City of Pullman reminds the community that Neill Public Library is accessible during the hottest part of the day. Residents may use the air-conditioned space, which includes bathrooms, a drinking fountain, and Wi-Fi, during the hours listed below. Per policy, only service animals may be admitted at this time.
