For A Professional Agency to Conduct
Web Design, Implementation, and Ongoing Support Services
The City of Pullman, Washington, is soliciting requests for proposals from qualified web design agencies to complete a redesign of the City of Pullman’s municipal website to launch on or before November 7, 2023. The preferred agency’s proposal will effectively emphasize opportunities to enhance the user experience with an attractive design that’s easy to navigate and optimized for speed, all while providing reliable and secure hosting and network services. The preferred agency will be able to offer solutions that enable a user to transact business with the City remotely as well as provide a streamlined content management system (CMS) that offers greater functionality, a permissions-based workflow, and an easy-to-use interface.
The City of Pullman will evaluate the qualifications, references, cost, and overall fit with the City in determining the lowest responsible bidder.
Proposals are due
Friday, February 10, 2023, by 3:00 PM PST. Proposals should be prepared following
this RFP and mailed or delivered to:
