The Maintenance & Operations Division is comprised of the Maintenance, Operations, Equipment Rental Division (ERD) and the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Divisions. Under the direction of the Maintenance and Operations Superintendent Art Garro, the division provides necessary services to internal and external customers alike.
