Meet Lilac Services for the Blind!

MEET LILAC SERVICES FOR THE BLIND AT NEILL PUBLIC LIBRARY!

Thursday, January 11 at 1:00 p.m. – at Neill Public Library

Please join us at Neill Public Library on Thursday, January 11 at 1:00 p.m. to learn about Lilac Services for the Blind. Lilac staff will demonstrate assistive devices, provide independent living instruction, and explain resources that help improve quality of life for those with low vision or blindness. Representatives from local organizations that serve people with disabilities will be present with information as well.

Lilac’s services are available at no cost to individuals with low vision or blindness who reside in eastern Washington counties, including Whitman, Adams, and Garfield.

Lilac Services for the Blind is a nonprofit organization committed to serving people in Inland Washington who have low vision or blindness. Available services include personalized in-home independent living instruction, orientation and mobility training, adaptive devices, low vision assessments and overall support.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.

Neill Public Library is located at 210 N. Grand Avenue in Pullman.
