Neill Public Library is pleased to offer contactless curbside service Monday through Friday, 1 – 6 pm beginning June 15.  Patrons may place requests on titles using the online catalog or contact staff for guided assistance.

Bicyclists and motorists:

  • Park in a marked stall by the north entrance, near the outdoor patio
  • Call us at 509-334-3595 to let us know you have arrived.Open your trunk, tailgate or bicycle bag in advance so we can deposit your items without contact.
  • Patrons should remain in their vehicle until staff safely deliver the requested materials.

Pedestrians or patrons without a cell phone:

  • Call from home and we’ll schedule a time to meet you in the patio to delivery your items.

Staff and recipients of curbside service must maintain a 6-foot distance at all times.  If necessary, your bagged items will be placed in a wagon next to the curb for you to retrieve once staff has vacated the area.  Patrons are urged to use face coverings during delivery.

Your health and safety remain our top priority.  We are following the recommendations of local and state public health experts and, in collaboration with the City of Pullman, have implemented new protocols to help you enjoy library service with confidence.

  • Employees are pre-screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to starting work.
  • Employees follow all social distancing, hygiene, sanitation and safety requirements which include mandatory masks, proper glove etiquette, and the frequent and regular washing of hands for at least 20 seconds.
  • The facility is cleaned and sanitized with a particular emphasis on commonly touched surfaces.
  • All returned library items are quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours before processing.
  • Following quarantine, all items are cleaned and disinfected before re-circulation.
