Sturgeons Swim Club of Pullman

We are excited to begin swimming as the Sturgeons Swim Club of Pullman (SSCP), the newest club of Inland Empire Swimming!

Practices are held in the evenings Monday-Thursday at 7:00-8:00 pm. Fee is paid monthly and swimmers can practice one to four times a week. Swimmers are encouraged to swim four times a week to improve their skills and stamina. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl and back crawl. Register for practices online or by calling PAFC at (509) 338-3290.

All participants must also register with USA Swimming, which can be done through the club. We recommend the Flex membership at $15.00, which would be valid thru 2022. Athletes can upgrade their membership level to Seasonal or Annual at any time. If there are any questions on your USA Swimming membership, email Jody Rash at [email protected]

Sturgeons Swim Club of Pullman promotes Safe Sport and Athlete Protection Training. Safe sport is USA Swimming’s program which is an abuse prevention program that consists of a multi-layered approach to keep kids safe. Our swim club is working towards Safe Sport Club recognition which includes and requires coaches, parents and athletes to complete Athlete Protection Training. More information about this program can be found in the links below.

Swim parents are also required to review and discuss with their athletes the USA Swimming and Sturgeon Swim Club of Pullman's Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP). These packets will be handed to swimmers on their first day of practice.

All COVID-19 policies of the Pullman Aquatic & Fitness Center facility will be strictly enforced during practices.
