NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by James Boudreau which involves rezoning four parcels fronting NE D Street, and comprising approximately 20,000 square feet, from R2 to R4. The proposal is located at 855 & 905 NE D Street, Lots 9-12, Block 2, Roger's Field, within the northeast ¼ Section 5, Township 14 North, Range 45 East W.M.
Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, Kevin Gardes, P.E. Director of Public Works, by 5:00PM on February 22, 2021.
