Public NoticeNOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Steven B Mader and Dan Mader which involves developing 14 acres into approximately 70 single family homes (on 6 acres) and 8 acres of open space. The project will necessitate the design and construction of a sanitary sewer lift station to service the development. The project will include the extension of NW Terre View Drive to Greyhound Way and a road continuing south off of NW Terre View Drive. The project will be bordered to the north by the Paradise Hills Subdivision No. 8 and to the east by Paradise Ridge No. 8, within the west ½ of Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 45 East W.M.

Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, Kevin Gardes, P.E. Director of Public Works, by 5:00PM on January 4, 2021.
