NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by S & D Mader, LLC, which involves rezoning Lot 14, Locust Grove Subdivision from R3 Medium Density Multi-Family Residential District to C3 General Commercial District. The proposal is located west of N Grand Avenue, north of NW Terre View Drive, and south of Pullman Albion Road within the northwest ¼ Section 29, Township 15 North, Range 45 East W.M.

Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, Kevin Gardes, P.E. Director of Public Works, by 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2021.
