Fees

In addition to rn-on fees, and those identified through the permitting process for new and changed meters, there are times additional fees will be applied to your service bill.

Fees associated with utility billing services can be found with full descriptions within Resolution No R-60-22.
An interest rate on delinquent charges will be charged at 8% per annum, calculated on a monthly basis.
A $52 turn on charge will be applied for accounts that have to have service restored following shut-off due to delinquent payment.
If a staff member must be called in off-duty to restore service following shut-off due to delinquent payment, the charge will be $78.
A fee of $15.60 will be applied to your account if a turn-off notification (red tag) has to be issued for past due payments.
A $26 charge will be applied for each specially requested, non-emergency, turn-off or turn-on of water service. This charge will be applied at a rate of $78 if a staff member must be called in off-duty to perform either action.

Resolution No. R-9-22 allows for a charge of $30 each time a bank draft is presented for payment, but is not paid.

Water Service
Water service is provided to customers as guided by City Code, and a fee schedule set by the associated resolution.

Sewer Service
Sewer services are provided to customers as guided by City Code, and a fee schedule set by the associated resolution.

Stormwater Service
Stormwater services are provided to customers as guided by City Code, and a fee schedule set by the associated resolution.
