Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance & Operations Division is comprised of the Maintenance, Operations, Equipment Rental Division (ERD), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and the Business Divisions. Under the direction of the Maintenance and Operations Superintendent Art Garro, the division provides necessary services to internal and external customers alike.
